Well, it is finally here. Graduation time is here for the class of 2010. Entering these gates four years ago, I never expected that my time here would go by so fast. Nor did I realize that my experiences and friendship here would last me a lifetime.
Throughout my years as a Lincoln student, I have witnessed long hours poring over work in the library (both in the modules and the actual building).

"We're going barefoot on April 8 - are you?"
These are the words headlining e-mails, ads, and the website for the TOMS Shoes organization, a group that emphasizes a "one for one" business model when it comes to footwear. One hundred and fifty six years ago John Miller Dickey established an institution that sought to enlighten young Black men and prepare them for missionary work.
Dickey so selflessly used his time, energy, and money to enhance the quality of life for the students he welcomed on these grounds, the very same grounds we now call Lincoln University.
