Spring Break
Dear Senator Sweeny and Assemblyman Burzichelli, I am a student in the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) at Salem Community College. Since 1968, the Educational Opportunity Fund Program has been one of the most successful ongoing investments made by the State of New Jersey.
Like a lunar eclipse that darkens a bright day's sun. Or the exhaustion one can feel after a day's work has been done. Like the continuous pain of a shattered, broken heart. Or the feeling of worthlessness from a life so torn apart. When seasons change, they come and go.
